Both BaliMotion corporations are subsidiaries of InnoMotion Beheer bv in the Netherlands.

BaliMotion Villa's B.V. is taking care of marketing & sales, relationship management and invoicing.

Management of Royal Residence Rangdu is conducted by PT BaliMotion Indonesia, located on the terrain of the resort.
